Field Trip: Apple Picking at Apple Holler

I joined the Field trip by English Language Academy today, “Apple Picking at Apple Holler”. The field trip is free for ELA students.

Apples here are not as big as Taiwan’s, and there are many different types of apples in the farm. You can taste as many kinds of apples as you want, and pick what you want. Undoubtedly, my Taiwanese friend and I picked many “Fuji Apples “ cause that’s what we think sweetest.

The biggest difference in “fruit picking” between America and Taiwan, I think it’s we are not allowed to Eat/Taste during picking in the farm. In Taiwan, we picked and measured the weight, then we pay for it. then you can start eating it.

在ELA上課時間是周一到周四,禮拜五的時候系上常常會辦一些Field trip給ELA的學生,還挺不錯的!
